Description: Is your board ready to engage in a continuous improvement framework specifically designed to improve student outcomes? then this session is for you and the rest of your board! Inspired by evidence of effective school board practices, LSG is a continuous improvement framework for governing teams -- school boards in collaboration with their superintendents -- who choose to become intensely focused on improving student outcomes. This workshop is open to full teams of eight who are interested in attending an LSG 2-day workshop. Participants will earn the following:
- EISO (3hrs)
- Framework (10hrs)
- Team of 8 (3hrs)
- LSG certificate
- Team Commendation
